An Appellation of Origin Mantinia dry white wine produced solely from the Moschofilero grape. The vines are grown at an altitude of 650 meters. The free run must is then placed in stainless steel vats where it ferments for approximately twenty days. Bottling takes place seventy-five days after the end of fermentation. The wine is greenish yellow in color with a delicate floral bouquet. It is youthful and dry with citrus flavors and medium acidity that cleanses the palate. Overall, it is a balanced wine with a pleasant medium length finish.
