From the Syrah variety cultivated in the Harlaftis vineyards in Nemea , in Peloponnese. 100% from organic grapes and organic vinification in our BIO certified winery. We pick up the grapes very early in the morning and we put the whole grape as it is in the grape presser, in order to keep all the freshness and the floral aromas of the grape . It’s a classic " vin de presse'” wine, which means that we collect the very first juice of the grapes in order to avoid maceration and color . Harvest in late August . Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks in low temperatures and sees no barrel treatment. Served chilled at around 10C. Total l production 2014 : 13.000 bottles 750ml and 500 Magnums 1,5lt.
